Who we are

HangerShot is a service of The SaaS Guy (TheSaaSGuy), operated by Illés István Kristóf, a sole trader in Budapest, Hungary (full details below). These terms apply when you order from hangershot.thesaasguy.app (also reachable at hangershot.pages.dev). HangerShot is built for clothing brands and shops, but anyone may order.

What you get and when

One drop

• Up to 3 garments, 12 on-model photos (4 per garment), in the model look, pose style and background you choose.
• 4:5 crops for Instagram and 1:1 crops for your shop.
• Delivered within 48 hours of receiving your garment photos, by Instagram DM or by email if you gave one, as a download link.

Free sample

One watermarked on-model photo of one garment, usually within 48 hours. Samples are previews, not for commercial use.

Monthly plan

The $29/month plan shown on the page is not open yet. Choosing "Monthly" only puts you on a list to hear when it opens. Nothing is charged, and terms for it will be published before it's sold.

Prices and payment

• One drop: $9 (founding offer for the first brands). Free sample: $0.
• Prices are in US dollars, are final and include any VAT that applies. Nothing is added at checkout. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fee.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Where the page offers pay-after-delivery instead, you get a watermarked preview first and the full files after you pay.
• The founding price applies to orders placed while it's shown on the page.

Subscriptions

HangerShot doesn't sell a subscription today. If you've paid us through Stripe, receipts are available via Manage billing.

Redo and refunds

• 1 free redo per photo if the colour, print, logo or cut doesn't match your garment. Every image is compared with your original before delivery.
• If we still can't get it right, you don't pay for that garment: we refund its share of the drop (the full $9 if it was your only garment), or you don't pay for it if you haven't paid yet.
• If we don't deliver, you get a full refund. If we miss the 48-hour delivery time, you can cancel any undelivered order for a full refund.
• Ask by Instagram DM or email. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

AI-made images and labels

• The models are AI-generated people (made with Google Gemini), not photos of real models. We don't use anyone's face or likeness and don't do face swaps.
• AI shows how a piece can look, not how it fits every body. Please don't use the photos for exact fit or size claims.
• Some marketplaces and ad platforms require AI-generated images to be labelled. You confirm at order that you'll label them where your sales channel requires it.
• We don't make: lingerie, swimwear or anything suggestive; children's clothing on child models; images using a real person's face or likeness.

Your photos and using the results

• You must own the garment design and the photos you upload, or have permission to use them (you confirm this when you order), and they mustn't break anyone's rights (for example someone else's logo or trademark) or the law.
• You let us use your photos only to make and deliver your order. We don't post them or the results without your permission.
• Once paid for, you can use the photos commercially: your shop, social accounts and ads.

Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (not for your business) in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because we start on your order right away, by placing an order you ask us to begin within the 14 days and agree that your right to withdraw ends once the order has been fully delivered.

Before full delivery you can still withdraw: email getrichwithsaas@gmail.com with a clear statement (for example "I withdraw from my order of [date]") and we refund what you paid for the undelivered order within 14 days, to the same payment method. Our redo and refund promises above apply on top of this, whether you're a consumer or a business.

If something goes wrong

• We do the work with care and a person checks every image. If a result isn't right, the redo and refund rules above are your remedy, alongside any rights the law gives you that can't be excluded.
• For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).
• We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control (for example a provider outage). If that happens we'll tell you and you can cancel any undelivered order for a full refund.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please email us first; most things are solved quickly. If we can't agree, consumers can turn to a conciliation board (békéltető testület), for Budapest the Budapest Conciliation Board, or to the courts. Otherwise the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms (for example when prices or plans change). The version shown when you ordered applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest change.
